Government bureaucracy increases in imports and costly PCs

Much has been made of provisional measure which reduced some taxes and allowed the reduction of prices and popularization of computers, such measure is known as the well MP. Now, in times of crisis, the government decides to give a shot in the foot and create more bureaucracy, what should the price rise further of the computers that was already suffering increases because of high dollar.

As the government decided to adopt now been in force for years 70 and 80, in other words, is another setback. What is missing now? Will want to close the market again, and leave it the way it was until years 80? Have we not just have one of the largest import taxes in the world? A tax reform that encourages domestic production would be much more advantageous that protectionism and bureaucracy-based tax which only serves to increase smuggling and make our country go back.
