Philipe Pamplona Corte Real, 16 years, died this weekend with a rifle shot during a game in army barracks TG 3 – Shooting War, in St. Fidelis, in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
Royal Court and the Army shooter Maurice Mattar, 18 years, visited the barracks on Saturday night, when Mattar took a rifle 7.62 and, believing be downloaded, shot in the direction of friend, who was hit in the neck.
The tragedy shocked the small town and left the family angry Philipe. “I want to close this crap War Shooting. Nothing will bring my son back, but someone has to be held responsible and can not be the boy (Mauritius). Blame it on the Army irresponsibility, leaving heavy and loaded guns in the hands of teenagers”, said the businessman Paulo César Pamplona Royal Court, 51 years, victim's father.
I fully agree with the boy's father, have to close the damn War Shooting, have to blame not only the boy who shot, but also who forced the two boys to do the War Shooting.
