Hello Skooter Blog readers. Today I talk about buying a Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 acquired on eBay. I bought it shortly after the frustrating experience with a Painel frontal 3.5″ com Hub de 4 USB slides 3.0 (High Speed USB 3.0 4-Port HUB) acquired on DealExtreme. The Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 is a better alternative, it connects directly to the USB header 3.0 Motherboard (20 pins). Its operation is completely passive, therefore there are no problems due to the current supplied, as in hubs. The Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 works seamlessly with external USB HDDs 3.0, feeding them only with bus power.
Sometime later, the same Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 also appeared in DealExtreme, with the only difference in the color of the inner cable, red blue traditional USB pro 3.0. Today it is more advantageous to buy in DealExtreme to be a bit cheaper.
In the box Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 There are some features:
- Data Transfer to a maximum of 5Gbps
- Solution easy to expand 2 USB slides 3.0 to the front of the computer
- Plug and play, hot swappable (hot-swap)
- Requires no external source
- Backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1
- Cable 50 inches long
- Compatible with Windows 7 / View / XP
Most of these features is the USB bus itself 3.0, seeing that, as eu já mencionei, the Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 is only a passive solution. In my tests, all worked perfectly, with multiple USB devices 2.0 and USB 3.0, including external hard drives without power supply.
The Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 has the metal front and the USB application 3.0 SS under each USB port 3.0. Behind the metal front just two astes for fixing the office, which is not as good a solution as have a whole Box, more works. The downside is that in my case it ended up stuck on only one side, but nothing that impairs the use. The manufacturer also screwed up and did not send any screws, even though there was plenty of screws in Painel frontal 3.5″ com Hub de 4 USB slides 3.0, so that it used the screws.
I thought the cable Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 somewhat shorter, does not give access to the bay 3.5″ which is at the top of my Cabinet. I recognize that the cabinet is a little out of standard, but I think it did not cost the manufacturer be a little more generous with the cable. I just then installed Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0 na 3.5 bath″ Lowest, and put my Front panel bay 3.5 "card reader and SDHC/MS/SD/MMC/TF/M2 4 USB slides (3.5″ Front Chassis Bay Embedded SDHC MS/SD/MMC/TF/M2 Card Reader with 4-USB Port) na upper bath, with great difficulty, because the wire it also was at the limit. But this should be no problem in most offices, where 3.5 bays″ They are close to the center, or even in other motherboards, different from mine, not have the USB headers 3.0 well near the bottom edge of the plate.
As a buy, was made on 20/09/2011. Arrived the day 26/10, approximately one month later. The CN22 form came up blank, nothing declared, not content, no valor. Interestingly the form CN22 is pasted on another form. In front of the package there is also a scratched label (aparentemente do China Post) and one from Hong Kong Post intact. The tape used is China Post. Apparently the post would be made in the China Post and ended up moving to Hong Kong Post, ou something, HE knows-because. The package was not taxed.
I'll ending with a positive assessment of Painel Frontal com 2 USB slides 3.0, which worked perfectly for connecting USB devices 3.0, including external hard drives without source, without having to search through a USB port 3.0 on the rear panel or be limited to USB speed 2.0. It is also the positive feedback for the seller applecable.
