This Lenovo B Vibe 8 GB Smartphone was acquired in Submarino, a partner shop called Electro Best. I've never been a connoisseur of this idea marketplace, where several shops put their products on the site of a large store, as in the case of Submarino. Unfortunately that has spread through all the major online stores of Brazil. I always try to avoid, because I've had problems with a partner store Walmart, that sent the product with an invoice issued by CNPJ what was irregular in Cadesp, and gave a lot of work to replace it with a valid invoice, issued by another company.
But could not find the Lenovo B Vibe 8 GB Smartphone in any store than through partners. So I decided to risk, unfortunately.
When the product arrived, I saw that I made a bad business. As soon as I opened the box I've seen something strange, a universal adapter type, but whose own plug does not fit in Brazilian outlets.

Not asked to test cell, already packed everything back. If it is to buy imported mobile and moved I buy direct from China or any other corner.
I tried to complain to the submarine but there just is not a channel for their system to do this. Any claim goes straight to the partner. So I ended up having to appeal to the Consumidor.gov.br.
With through the submarine made to return the product to the partner and received reimbursement. But the whole process was rather time consuming. Slow to authorize the return, the item itself via PAC was time consuming and, Finally, even after the store receive the product back the repayment took out.
Lesson learned not buy more with this partner called Electro Best at all costs. Nowadays I prefer to buy on the free market than buying in marketplace, because the free market at least has the reputation system, although it has worsened a lot lately, to hide the system assessments in favor of counting only the rate of returns and delays in posts.
