Seal Broken, Baby kisses Intruders and adapters: Lenovo B Vibe 8 GB Smartphone

This Lenovo B Vibe 8 GB Smartphone was acquired in Submarino, a partner shop called Electro Best. I've never been a connoisseur of this idea marketplace, where several shops put their products on the site of a large store, as in the case of Submarino. Unfortunately that has spread through all the major online stores of Brazil. I always try to avoid, because I've had problems with a partner store Walmart, that sent the product with an invoice issued by CNPJ what was irregular in Cadesp, and gave a lot of work to replace it with a valid invoice, issued by another company.

But could not find the Lenovo B Vibe 8 GB Smartphone in any store than through partners. So I decided to risk, unfortunately.

When the product arrived, I saw that I made a bad business. As soon as I opened the box I've seen something strange, a universal adapter type, but whose own plug does not fit in Brazilian outlets.

Why this adapter would have been in the box?

And with an outlet that is not compatible with the Brazilian standard?

By closely check the box Lenovo B Vibe 8 GB Smartphone, another surprise: the factory seal was broken!

I took the phone from inside the box and saw that the back cover was not connected properly.

Opening the cover Lenovo B Vibe 8 GB Smartphone, another surprise: one of those pecks warranty, Typical sluts stores that are not able to control the products they sell by the serial number.

I always comment here on the blog about these stores that violate the package to paste pecks warranty on products that have serial number. It is quite common in products that come from Paraguay.

I once bought a computer and realized that the processor was too heating up. I decided to take the sink to see if there was something wrong in the thermal interface and behold, there I think a peck of a Paraguayan store pasted on the processor, between sink and processor, all of thermal grease smeared…

When taking the other items of Lenovo B Vibe 8 GB Smartphone from inside the box I found another surprise: the porter came with standard plug in Ireland and the UK.

This time was already clear what happened. The product was not made by Lenovo to be marketed in Brazil, but in Ireland, United Kingdom or any other country that uses this type of plug.

Not asked to test cell, already packed everything back. If it is to buy imported mobile and moved I buy direct from China or any other corner.

I tried to complain to the submarine but there just is not a channel for their system to do this. Any claim goes straight to the partner. So I ended up having to appeal to the Consumidor.gov.br.

With through the submarine made to return the product to the partner and received reimbursement. But the whole process was rather time consuming. Slow to authorize the return, the item itself via PAC was time consuming and, Finally, even after the store receive the product back the repayment took out.

Lesson learned not buy more with this partner called Electro Best at all costs. Nowadays I prefer to buy on the free market than buying in marketplace, because the free market at least has the reputation system, although it has worsened a lot lately, to hide the system assessments in favor of counting only the rate of returns and delays in posts.

No end of 2017 I bought an air conditioner at Walmart (marketplace) and just such a store sold more than they had available. Not received.
I imagine that there will soon be a law against this type of sale.
