  7. Dossier OLD!Gamer: Nintendo
  8. Old file! Gamer: Collection Consoles - 2nd Season + Mugs
  9. Old file! Gamer: Arcades – Volume 13

Now is the first book of the season, the Arcades – Part 2, What is the Volume 14. This edition covers the arcades 1987 a 1993. The arcades of this phase include some of whom I had more contact, including series Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat.

On Arcades – Part 2 there are also many games that have been ported to the consoles of the time, as Sega Master System, Mega Drive and Super Nintendo. Many of them were my favorite games on consoles, including Golden Axe, Super Monaco GP, Battles, TMNT: Turtles in Time, Shadow Dancer, After Burner, NBA Jam, R-Type, and several others.

The Arcades – Part 2 follows the pattern of the collection, with the chapter on the history of arcades. Part of games for me works as a guide for MAME. When I'm in the mood to play some particular system always get the console to remember the book which were good games or discover new games. Now I will do the same with MAME. It is better to choose the book that only a list of names that often do not remember exactly what it is.

Follow your blog by RSS and always saw the posts on the “dossies da oldgamer” (I came to buy the first magazine numbers and know a people who participated in the editions), I've been a collector of games and old PCs and then sold all he had. Ultimately, qdo I saw your post q came the dossier arcades 2, that is the time that I played more in “arcades buteco” I got interested, I ended up finding the arcades 1 the virtual bookshelf for $ 10 and bought, I just get in the mail and was astonished by the size of the package, I thought it was the magazine's size, but it's small format, until I entered the blog to see the PC right photos and saw that has a video (rss not appear in the video on ipad), and photos to realize not the right size, only the video 'cause your hand appears. I really want to arcades 2, but I think q is not worth R $ 55 will let to buy the sebum qdo appear for a R $ 20

Even though there is a Neo Geo Edition, I think that the system should at least “be cited” in the magazine, because like it or not was one of the most played arcade in the golden age (years 90) and the way it is it seems like the Neo Geo (MVS) was no arcade at this time, especially for those who are reading these first editions Arcade.
