They were purchased because one of my Atari 2600 I was not working with paddles at the entrance to the left controls, and I suspected that might be the capacitors. I will make a specific article reporting this problem and the solution. Spoiler: They were not the capacitors.
I did not find it Metallized Polyester capacitor of 68nF and 100V in my city. Buy capacitors Internet often means paying more for shipping than the product, after all they cost pennies.
As I like to not pay more for shipping than the product I bought a lifetime supply Metallized Polyester capacitor of 68nF and 100V. The batch 100 capacitors is enough to change six times all four capacitors each of my four Atari 2600. I will not live that long… and not playing much.
Check out the photos and video of the unboxing and testing Metallized Polyester capacitor of 68nF and 100V:
I tested some of them with my BSIDE ESR02 Pro and measures were always just over 68nF, varying only in the decimal places after 68, but never reaching 69 nF. ESR does not appear, so I suppose the BSIDE ESR02 Pro can not measure the ESR so low capacitance capacitors.
